PH Mechanical

History

PH Mechanical is a family-owned and operated mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and service and maintenance. Founded by Paul Hayes in 1973, the company has grown over more than five decades into a leading mechanical contractor in New England, while remaining proudly family-run with second-generation leadership under Adam Hayes. 

We provide design-build and design-assist services, plan and spec construction, as well as full-service maintenance throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Our experience spans a wide range of commercial projects, from complex new construction and renovations to ongoing facility maintenance.

With over 50 years of experience, we have built lasting relationships with leading general contractors, architects, engineers, and owners throughout the region. Our work includes projects of all sizes and complexities across corporate headquarters, healthcare facilities, biomedical spaces, and educational institutions.
